Join us as FIT4MOM Northwest Valley celebrates 7 years of Stroller Strides!
We will have swag bags for the first 50 participants, amazing raffle prizes, a fantastic workout team taught by our instructors and MORE.
This event is open to the public and FREE! Join us for this stroller friendly workout and more!
Registration opens at 9:00 and our stroller friendly workout will be from 9:30-10:30 with raffles to follow!
LIT4MOM Book Club Meet Up-December 10th
Hi! And welcome to LIT4MOM! A place to have friends, read good books, and just get together for those much needed Mom's Nights Out.
We will meet up the second Wednesday of every month for an in person discussion of our book, and to just have a good time with other moms.
The book for December is "Fight Club" by Chuck Palahniuk

Family Event: Holiday Light Neighborhood Stroll
Thursday, December 18th 6pm
Bundle up, grab the fam, and join us for a festive neighborhood stroll as we take in the holiday lights together! This is a relaxed, family-friendly walk! Strollers, scooters, and all ages welcome.
We’ll meet at Courtney's house and enjoy a cozy evening of lights, laughter, and community.
If you’d like to enjoy hot cocoa during the walk, Courtney is kindly putting together supplies.
If you're interested, please consider donating a few dollars to help cover the cost. (You can Venmo/bring cash—whatever’s easiest!)

Ugly Sweater Holiday Workout Party

Who's ready to party UGLY SWEATER style?!
Join us for an ugly sweater / holiday themed barre class. After class we have tons of fun planned so be sure to read below for details:
* Wear an ugly sweater and or holiday swag to class
* Bring 2-3 dozen of your favorite cookie, bar, cupcake etc. to exchange (don't forget a take home container)
* Bring a wrapped new / used age appropriate gender neutral book for the kids to exchange.
* Bring a white elephant gift for the mom's to exchange ($15 limit)
As always you are not obligated but if you want to eat or play you must pay (with delicious treats and gifts) lol
P.S. We will have a special visit from our favorite guy in red!
