Watermelon Workout and craft!

We’re adding a juicy twist to our workout—literally!
Join us for a fun and unique Watermelon Stroller Strides Workout. We’ll use watermelons as weights for a quick, full-body workout that’s equal parts fitness and laughter.
What to Bring:
A watermelon (any size you can safely lift!)
Water and a towel
We’ll sweat, smile, and enjoy watermelon after class for a refreshing snack. It’s a perfect way to shake up your routine and have some fun! We will also have a watermelon keychain craft for the kids after class
Mom's Adventure Out-Biltmore
August 8-9th
Once a month we leave the kids at home and celebrate sisterhood in motherhood!
For August, we will be doing a STAYCATION
Join us for part of our adventure or all of it!

Join us for Stroller Strides from 815-915am at Shops at Norterra. After class, the kids will create super hero masks that they can bring to Wednesdays Super Hero Class!
LIT4MOM Book Club Meet Up-July 8th
Hi! And welcome to LIT4MOM! A place to have friends, read good books, and just get together for those much needed Mom's Nights Out.
We will meet up the second Wednesday of every month for an in person discussion of our book, and to just have a good time with other moms.

Stroller Strides Pop Up-Sunrays
Thursday, July 23rd
Stroller Strides will move to Sunrays for Thursday, August 20th. The time will change to 9am!
Kids will have the opportunity for open play during workout time for $5/kid.

Join us for Stroller Strides from 815-915am. After class, we will celebrate all of our August birthdays with a snack and a water activity (wear your swimsuits kids)!
MAMA MEET UP
Wednesday, August 26th 10am
Join us for Stroller Strides from 9-10am at Arizona Sports Compex. After class, we will head to Shiloh Community Church for Tot Town!! Shiloh Community Center gym becomes a giant indoor playland for infants–Pre-K! Kids play, learn, and grow socially and emotionally, while parents enjoy a chance to connect and build community in a safe, fun space.
$7 per family
